Refund Policy

At Better Fitters, we value our customers and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments, swimwear, or earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service to arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@betterfitters.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the provided address.
